We will accept returns of unopened or defective merchandise within 45 days of purchase for a full refund, less original shipping & handling charges. Items must be in the original packaging (including plastic polywrap or shrinkwrap) and a copy of the shipping receipt must accompany the returned merchandise. Note that our distribution facility is located in Michigan, so please allow for transit time from your location. This returns policy is not applicable on orders originally shipped to international destinations other than Canada.

Once received at our distribution facility, processing of your return and credit may take up to 7 business days. We will send you a confirmation email once we have received your item(s) and the return has been processed. Again, we cannot reimburse original shipping charges.

Refunds will be issued to the account that you used to purchase the item(s), even if the account is closed or paid in full. For more information about refunds to your third-party credit cards, contact your card-issuing financial institution.
